Indian Defence forces are military forces of India which includes Army, Air Force, Navy and Coast Guard along with that various Paramilitary forces are there. There is separate ministry named Minister of Defence for looking into the matters of Defence forces. These forces are world renowned because of passionate, vibrant and dynamic Soldiers working in them. A career in the Defence Forces as an officer has always had a place of dignity and respect amongst the youth.

Paper 1: Mathematics
Paper 2: General Aptitude (English, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, General Science, History and current events.)
- Paper type: Offline
- The papers in both the subjects consist of objective type questions only.
- There is penalty for wrong answers.
- General Ability Test paper is divided into two parts - Part A and Part B. Part A has 50 English questions and Part B has 100 General Knowledge questions.

NDA & NA Training Process
- Training Period: 3 Year
- The training during the first two and half years is common to the cadets of three wings National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla near Pune
- The cadets on passing out will be awarded B.Sc./B. Sc. (Computer)/B.A. degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi.
- On passing out from the National Defence Academy, Army Cadets go to the Indian Military Academy, Dehra Dun, Naval Cadets to Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala and Air Force cadets to AFA, HYDERABAD.
