Ms. Preeti Malhotra
Ms Malhotra is the first woman president of the institute of company secretaries of India and has been the former president at Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) 2007. She started her career with Modi Xerox/Xerox Modi Corporation Limited as CS. Later she was appointed as the director and company secretary of spice mobility ltd.
She has been an active contributor to various policy initiatives of the govt. of India and has giver her suggestions on issues related to incorporation and registration of companies. After moving forward in her career, she launched an e-learning portal to help students looking to pursue CS education in rural and remote areas.
